On October 24th the Plymouth Whalers hockey team joined the fight for breast cancer awareness by donning pink jerseys for their regular season game against the Bellville Bulls. Even the referees joined in the action by wearing dapper pink striped shirts and pink laces on their skates.

The Plymouth players also dyed their hair pink for the occasion. The hockey club was able to raise some funding for cancer research and stand with those fighting this horrible disease.
